How to contact BordeauxRide for a forgotten item?
Contact us via our contact form or by phone, providing your name, the date and time of the ride, the route taken, and a description of the forgotten item. We will immediately contact the driver concerned and call you back as soon as possible.
What happens if the driver found the item?
If the item has been found, we will arrange for its return as soon as possible. Depending on your availability and the driver's, the handover can be done directly or via a meeting point defined together. At BordeauxRide, our drivers are instructed to immediately report any item found in their vehicle.
What if the item is not found?
If, despite our searches, the item cannot be located, we advise you to file a lost property report with the Bordeaux police station. For valuable items, also contact your home insurance, which often covers this type of situation.
